Event Rules

The following rules, protocols and etiquette were created to protect all guests who attend our events. Any violation of these Rules, Protocols and Etiquette may result in the offending attendee being restricted from future PBE events.

If you have any questions about these rules, please talk to a DM or the event organizers.

1. Consent must be actively and enthusiastically given. No coercion of any kind. Do not harass, coerce, or intimidate anyone to play.

2. Nudity is allowed in designated areas of the event space and dungeon. Nudity is not allowed when eating at the event restaurant or buffet. If you are nude, you must have a towel, or some other item, to sit in the chairs in the event space and dungeon.

3. No act involving penetration with any object or body part (orally, vaginally, or anal) is permitted!

4. All play must fall within the boundaries of RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink. This means being knowledgeable about the techniques and safety concerns involved in what you are doing. Each participant must know about the possible risks, both mentally and physically, and actively consent to them. All play must be consensual, respecting the limits imposed by each willing participant with full awareness of the risks.

5. Both participants must agree upon a safeword before playing. The official safeword for play at PBE functions is “safeword,” and if heard from one of the parties during play, the DM will stop the scene.

6. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted within the event space. A smoking area will be provided.

7. While alcohol is sold within the event space by the venue’s owners, no one will be allowed to play in the dungeon while impaired and under the influence (either alcohol or drugs). This includes prescription or otherwise; if it impairs your mental ability and you are not clear-minded, then you do not play.

8. No blood sports, water play, or forms of asphyxiation or carotid play; not because there is anything wrong with this if it is your kink, but just because it is too messy for our locale.

9. NO RECORDING DEVICES OR CAMERAS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE DUNGEON. Do not bring cameras or recording equipment to any PBE event.

10. Cell phone usage in any place other than space that is specifically designated for phone use is NOT permitted. If you get caught using a cell phone or any other recording device (including a smart watch) for ANY type of recording in a restricted space, you will be expelled and barred from any further attendance at any future PBE event. If you get a call, take it to outside or to a designated space where phones are allowed.

11. No prostitution or solicitation. No selling or buying any sexual favors or acts. There is to be no exchange of money for any participation in any scene or play. Professional Dominants are welcome in their personal capacity but may not solicit and/or advertise their services at any PBE function.

12. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies will be at each piece of dungeon equipment and available throughout the venue. USE THEM! You are responsible for cleaning the play equipment both before and after play. A professional disinfectant will be provided. DM’s will be cleaning high-touch areas on a regular basis, and the entire dungeon will be cleaned with professional disinfectant before it opens.

13. Dungeon furniture is set out to maximize the available space; so, please do not move it without asking a DM first.

14. The venue does NOT allow firearms to be brought on the premises.

Fireplay Policies

Fire Play may only occur in designated fire-play areas. Only 50% or 70% isopropyl alcohol may be used as fuel. Higher than 70% isopropyl may only be used for displays, but never used on a person. Ethyl alcohol (booze) may be used only with PRIOR negotiated consent of the DM leader. No other fuel types may be used.

If panties or other clothing are worn for fire play, they must be 100% cotton-material. No cotton blends are allowed. Waistbands may be elastic, but minimal. Lace and/or any synthetic trim must be absent or covered. A 100% cotton ‘loincloth’ may be used to cover non-compliant panties.

If Nipple covers/Pasties are used, they must be paper or silicone. Vinyl or other synthetic pasties are not allowed for fire play.

It is preferred that Fire hoods such as Nomex or Duvatyne are worn by the bottom for all fire play.

However, if a Fire Hood is not used, Hair MUST be protected by a damp cotton hood, or wrapped towel. No cranial or facial hair may be exposed to open flame.

The fire Top must always have at least one hand free. If both hands are full, a spotter must be used.

An NFPA-approved fire blanket must be used/available. No Poly-blends. Fire-resistant wool blankets are NOT acceptable.

The fire Top/bottom must consult with a DM before fire play begins. As in all instances, the decision of any DM is final as to whether play may continue.
